In the previous part to this chapter, and definitely in this one, you managed to capture the frenzied energy that coursed between them and gave it expression that pulled me right into it with them.

It's rare a writer can consistently keep the reader engaged but damned if you aren't able to do it and make it look so damned easy.

Wow. Can't wait to see more. It's definitely worth the wait.

I'm glad you liked it so much. I was nervous when I finally decided to take their relationship a little further. I suppose that I've been writing the hesitant sides of them for so long that this seemed like some sort of milestone to me.

As for the next chapter, I'm hoping it wont take too long, but now that I've got everything caught up to where I left off writing it will certainly be longer than the chapter a day pace that I've been posting at :). Hope you can be patient with me.

I was actually going to end this chapter without them having another 'encounter' but when I got there it just made me scowl, lol. I'm glad that I went back and wrote a few more pages, especially considering my muse went AWOL right after this point. I can't imagine how frustrated people would have been with me if I'd completely denied Ichigo and Renji *snickers*.

Glad you like Urahara in this, too, he's one of my favorite characters (as you might be able to tell from Shades :D). He's just such a wicked tease and gossip!

I'm pretty sure I've read this chapter a dozen times already. Never get tired of it. It is just so wickedly hot. Devastatingly hot. Makes me whimper for my fiancee hot.

I read the first part at work (yes, yes, bad me. whatever). I then spent the rest of the evening clicking refresh every half hour or so. *shakes head* I think now I know how people feel when they read something of mine and I do this kinds shit to them. It's wicked torture.

I loved Isshin walking in on them. I damn near popped a vein trying not to howl with laughter. I soooo didn't want to say what I thought was funny to the people in my office. I liked the little bit about Renji not being very happy with Ichigo's session with Urahara and their wank session was freaking hot. I very much adore this and the way you're progressing them into a relationship.

Well, I would give you the shame lecture about reading naughty things at work, but that would be fairly hypocritical of me so I'll just forgo it. I can say, however, that I sympathize with you trying to not laugh out loud at work. I've been in that position and understand that there's absolutely no good way to start the explanation for the sudden fit of glee *snickers

Uhhh, is the point where I say I've written naughty things at work, too? Not often, mind you as I have a one boss who's a homophobe who tends to read over my shoulder. There's only so many ways you can explain away cock and ass in the same sentence without sounding like you have a major farm fetish. They think I'm weird enough as it is.

I try to update in a timely fashion. RL life has a way of completely smashing that idea though. For a while I was even more obsessive than I am now about writing and... well... let's just say my body revolted at the treatment and there's no wake up call quite like a stroke. I've had some fics go a very long time between updates due not only to my RL shit but that of my betas as well. I feel incredibly bad about that and it bothers me something fierce.

I think you did fine with the intimacy. They were caught up in the urgency of the moment and when everything was all said and done... embarrassed and uncomfortable (at least Ichigo was *snicker*). It flowed very well with what has gone before.

I've certainly written at work, too, though I don't think I've actually written anything naughty there. I have a great deal of worry about being caught at something like that, because what can you really say at that point? *shakes head* Still, I do tend to feel more creative at work sometimes, which I assume is simply because it can be staggeringly boring at times

I love Renji, he can always find a way to tease no matter what they're doing. The part with him sucking on his finger was completely unplanned, it just sort of came out while I sat there and snickered *grins*. As for the sex, I certainly hope that it can surpass this.
