Borders is closing! T_T That's like my favorite book store. I have a Borders card, have had it for a long while. Didn't get to use it much, since I don't have a job and the Waldenbooks closed so there are no Border stores around here anymore. T_T

I don't think there's much to worry that books as a printed media would ever fully disappear. There are several advantages to paper-books, such as longevity as a media. Electronic media are constantly updating as the envelope is pushed, while the only thing that's changed about books for hundreds of years have been the printing process and the materials used. As a product itself it is perfection as it is.

I hope so. T_T I don't want them to disappear. I agree, it's perfection. Holding a book in your hand...you can't get such feelings from an e-book. :)
