By the way, how'd you make the text kind of... I don't know how to describe it... zoom on 21? Like, not how it just changes from one sentence to another, but the way it moves.

No, I've got it. It all has to do with different frames, the wind effect, and how fast you make the frames on Amimation shop. Hold on, let me dig up the tutorial.

There we are. Lucky I save everything. Now just take this tutorial, PSPize it a bit, convert the test layer you want to do it to to raster, and just do it to the one text/raster layer. E-mail me if you have any questions.

Oh yeah, looked through the tutorla a bit. I used the wind effect, not motion blur. It's under one of those big tabs > Distortion effects > Wind. Or something to that effect.
