[Seeing Sephiroth of all people sleeping with almost no clothes is certainly an odd sight. Jay approaches him cautiously.]

...Sephiroth?

[Pause, ponder, ponder. Maybe Sephiroth isn't bothered by the cold? Or perhaps he's trained himself to become immune to it?]

[Little of both, all said and done. Either way, Sephiroth tenses up at the sound of someone's approach and his head cocks slightly to the sound of Jay's voice, but sensing no other immediate danger, continues to snooze.]

[Another pause before Jay tries again.]

Sephiroth? It's really not a good idea to be sleeping out here...

[More noise again. This time he cracks one eye open to look up at Jay's face.]

[Oh, look, it's Sephiroth. Kadaj is going to nudge him with a booted foot, maybe a little roughly, in fact it could almost be considered kicking.]

[Oh look it's an... annoyance.

Without waking, Sephiroth's face settles into disapproving, irritable lines, flashes a hand out to grasp Kadaj's ankle and jerk it forwards.

It's icy out, but does Kadaj fall? :O]

[Kadaj hadn't been expecting that, and thus hits the ground with a thump. He lets out an angry hiss, and if Sephiroth had been awake he'd have heard Kadaj let out a curse beneath his breath. While still on the ground, he kicks again, though much more forceful this time around, perhaps even aiming to bring the other harm.]

[Oh, well, now that's a little much to ignore, and Sephiroth opens his eyes to glare right back at him--where does he think he learned to do that, anyway?

He brings one leg down on Kadaj's with the intentino to pin it on the ground.]

I don't think much your bedside manner, little remnant.

[She was on her way to the Center actually, with a fresh donut in one hand, when she spots him. So he was back. Hesitating a moment, she steps over and kneels beside him, placing one hand on his shoulder so as to wake him.] Sephiroth.

[Well he certainly can't ignore that. He cracks open one eye to look up and her... and oh, yes, this one he does recognize. Glancing up to check the sun in the sky, he nods a little blearily at her.]

[Sitting up he--

--realizes that nearly a foot of his hair has frozen to the ground.]

Oh, let me help you with that! [She's not sure if this will work or not, but she calls her light mana into her hands, as she would before using an attack. But she's not going to attack, just hold her hands to the frozen hair. This is a rather unconventional means, sure, but she knows her hands warm up when she charges an attack, so the heat might un-freeze it. Any luck?]

[And he has time enough to blink--really, thought processes are trundling along much slower in this brain of his today... he doesn't have much experience waking up with a dire need for coffee.]

[And Sephiroth does not think much of Yuffie's intelligence if the first thing she can think of when faced with the bane of her world's existence is to poke him with a stick.

And yet wake he does, sitting up straight and glaring balefully at--

She just smiles evilly when he finally wakes up.]

[True say, she does have one up on Kadaj with that one.]

[There is some kind of prolonged noise-explosion. The really freaking annoying kind that nobody could sleep through. He's just wanting to annoy the sleeping general.]

[ALARM CLOCK. AWAKE, AWAKE, I'M LATE I'M LATE FOR A VERY IMPORTANT DATE.

Kefka's magic show has the (probably intended) effect of causing Sephiroth to spring right up to his feet, and have a seven-foot sword materialize almost instantly into his left hand before he even opens his eyes.

When he does though, he really can't miss Kefka's rioting panoply of color. He lowers the sword only slightly.]

...Back from the dead, I see.

[Kefka snickers as he hears the scuffling of what is undoubtedly Sephiroth scrambling to his feet in shock. Mission accomplished.]
