I ran across it a few weeks ago; I thought it had blown over and decided I didn't need to comment on it.

whoa. I just looked up Singlish on youtube. Interesting accent! V. Cool. Also, good thing you live in CA as of the moment eh? My university was something like 40% Asian, 30% white. So we were in majority. Lawls. Not a big move from the Bay Area though, where it's also predominantly Asian. But before that, I lived in PA, and went to a school that was something like 70% black. So when I moved up to the Bay Area, I was all, hey! Where are all the black people

My uni has a 10% population of international students in total. And that's international students with the European kids in the mix too. The blonde, it's everywhere!
