I have to say, I'm liking this. It's delightfully in-character and it's just so utterly typical of them--blasted thick-headed macho-men Marines--that I just want to GibbsSmack both of them and then lock them in a small room until I hear sounds of a nice brain-bending powerfuck.
Gibbs was a sniper, but Mac was infantry. That means that Mac has a bigger bag of tricks when it comes to getting the upper hand in a physical confrontation... such as wrestling Gibbs to a flat surface (horizontal or vertical) and taking him back. It was your line, after all, that's stuck with me from the very first chapter: "You're mine as long as you want me."
And on a sidenote, I'm collecting icons. Can I swipe some of yours? And do you know who made them?
Glad you're liking this! We've been having a lot of fun writing it! It's a little different from any of our other Mac/Gibbs stuff, so we've really enjoyed the effort! Unfortunately, it's not something I can work on at work, so it sometimes gets put off more then it should! But we're working on it.
And as long as it's not one of the exclusive icons, please feel free! Most of them have either a url to the creators website, or at least the name. There should always be something in the key words that looks like a user name.
