Haha, the house of fallen trees took me a while to refurbish, but I just wanted to make it look even more decrepit that before. XD

Gvaudoin Tricou is part of a Maxis pre-made family in a house downtown. They're already dead when you first start the game, possibly from a fire. It's sort of like the game makers wanted to give us a haunted house to play with. XD
