One would think a personal injury lawyer would be a little more conversant in the ramifications of this than his behaviour is showing.

His ass is going to get sued.

When he does get sued, he'll probably want to represent himself because he considers himself a "very well-educated, successful, intelligent person." If he was my attorney before this started, I would find another one.

If I came up with TB I'd be suing him.

Even if I didn't get TB, I'd still consider suing him for pain and suffering caused by the the stress of the testing and worrying about it. Plus I read the people will have to take another test in 2 months so the worry isn't over yet.
