you thought right. and I believe swampytad would probably put his lawyerly abilities to work for us.

We need to find out from his Swampiness if two people are enough for a class action suit. Although, I am sure there are others who have experienced this injustice who will want to join us.

Everything I'm seeing on the models indicates not-so-good news for both the Louisiana and Alabama coasts. I hasten to point out, however, that two things we can't accurately predict about a hurricane's location and intensity this far ahead are A) its location, and B) its intensity. So we watch and wait for the new numbers to churn out tomorrow and Monday. We should have a much better grasp of the situation on Monday morning.
