I made a batch of Dean-centric icons a while back. They are here if you want to take a look. They are mostly from the first episode of Season 2 ("In My Time of Dying") and a later episode from Season 4 ("Death Takes a Holiday") so you may want to wait to look at them until you've watched those episodes if you don't want any spoilers.
