Once upon a time, I had to have special instructions in beginning Akido class, as I picked up everything in the move demo, including the subtle hip flip he was doing, and as it turns out, doing it with the little hip flip was a lot more dangerous. Correct, but dangerous.
It seems you have a similar "problem."
Hang in there. My Mom was mostly bedridden the last couple months with my little sister. I still remember how difficult that was for her as she was used to being so active. I am thinking of you.
