Ugg that's bad. This is one of my fears anytime I send a family off on holiday's-that they won't come back. I've never had it happen *cross fingers* But so many people have had troubles.
Hope pulling the download folder works, although that bites if the problem is in there. Maybe something happened when you installed BV and it needs to be reinstalled.
I didn't lose them, per say, but I was pretty freaked out.
I found the bad hack (not updated for AL - my bad), and all is good. Thank goodness. Now only one more house to play through before I can get around to writing the next chapter.
