It will. And there are things we can do, however small, and the small things matter too.

And you are a joy of a friend, always.

And you remind me, happily, that as dull as my internship sometimes is, it's still my job to find the things that people are doing right in my community and say, "Look! Look at this thing people are doing! They're taking small steps to solve big problems and it's working!"

I have miles of articles and news stories to go before I sleep, but I am grateful for this.
