So i haven't been around because all i do is work or bake or watch television when fernando's home, but now he's at work and he's working late and i have jittery news that i want to put somewhere for posterity.

we might have just bought a house.

A HOUSE.

four walls, a roof, a yard... it could be ours in four weeks.

I'm still around lurking in the shadows, reading your blog, though not in a creepy stalkerish way like that sounds. I'm perpetually a few weeks behind so I feel silly commenting on things that happened weeks ago, but I hope the teaching thing is getting a bit easier and I know how difficult it is to make friends when all you do is work and then go home and work some more (and I don't even live in a small town).

Basically, I'm thinking about you and I bet your doing great even when it doesn't feel like you are. **hugs**
