This is a great little story. You've planted a ton of little seedlings that could yield whole crops later. Their lack of conversation is going to lead to all sorts of emotion-laden revelations, if they stick together for any time at all. Of course, Faith could just flee, as usual, but I get the feeling she might be ready to connect with somebody. A little.
I'd love to see more. It's terrific when writers pull out an unexpected character, and fit them in so well.
My original plan was just to have this as a one-shot as someone put the idea in my head, but now I've started it I have muses annoying me to continue with it and see where it goes. And yes, you're right, there will no doubt eventually be emotion-laden revelations!
Oh my God Pike! Luke Perry was so delish in the movie and I loved the character. I like this as a one-shot, it can definitely stand on its own, but I also love the idea of there being more!
