Hardcore or hardly core?

I've decided that I'm only going to work double shifts twice a week until the week before Otakon. My back ache hasn't gotten any better and other joints now feel stiff. Somehow working doubles in the winter time is grueling, but in the summer with the combined heat it's just brutal. As a plus, I should be able to raise nearly $600 by the time ( Read more... )

Sounds like you want to Tin Pin Slam your foster brother. I agree that you should have authority over your space, since he tends to break anything he touches. Heck, he's not even a good liar, and that deserves punishment enough! Hope you can capture his reaction when he gets home.

Oh yeah, I'd love to use the whammie a few times on him... And I should be thankful that my computer, PS2 and GameCube still work. Unfortunately, he was in his room when I got home, so I didn't get a chance to capture his reaction. I might just wait and see if he comes to me about the consoles and the computer. If he never comes to me, then I see no reason to ever give him access. If he does come and after I chew him out, I might give him some access when I get back from Otakon (second weekend in August). At the very least maybe I'll actually be able to play some console games now!

And no problem, it was good chatting with you. It's amusing because you always seem to be playing a video game when I call, and a hard one at that. ;)

A pity you couldn't get his reaction. But hey, at least you have time to spend with your consoles now. After seeing what happened to your GBA, I'm surprised your stuff still works too. Minus the controllers, at least.

Oh man. There are a few times when I just wanted to give up on this game. Like right now, though I only have three levels left. Man, the camera LOVES to screw me in this game! It's very coincidental that you call when I'm playing something hard. I don't know how that happens!

Considering what else happened around here, I'll probably won't be bothered to return access to him at all. *See newest LJ entry.* Also my consoles are with a friend for safe keeping. I said the weekend, but I might have him keep them until this ordeal is over with, but I'm not sure yet.

At least you finished the game... XD

Checking the computer for contrband might be a good idea. But then again, I do tend towards paranoia ;?P

I didn't find any spyware, but I haven't gone looking for contraband. Considering that he's leaving soon, I probably won't have to do this any time soon.
