Dwimordene's stuff is really good, and a lot of it includes Ratchet.

Changes is entirely Ratchet-centric, but if I'm remembering right he also plays a fairly big role in Bridges and Indefinite Objects.

Thank you for including me in this wonderful list! As for other recs, are you only after works on Fanfiction.net? I ask because I really think you'll like Okamichan's Priviledges of Rank, but I think she's only posted that on LJ. Also, her Hubverse fics are a good and interesting read.
