What is it about call out technicians that believe that just because I am a woman that I deserve to be treated like an idiot. I am sure that you have all heard my never ending rants in regards to the oven, I finally convinced the owners to get someone out here to check it out as I believed that the thermostat was broken. 18 mths later... someone

Luckily every service person who has ever come to our house has behaved themselves, but the day juffles and I bought phones and the salesgirl kept trying to leave me out of the conversation about my phone? That drove me insane. Also, she kept trying to convince us that it would be easier if juffles PAID for my phone, despite us repeatedly saying "We don't live together. cricketk is a financially independent adult. This is cricketk's phone."
I walked away from there uber cranky.
