I don't have a real update today. I had to work late and that always gets me in the mood to exercise, so I'm going to go do that, and then chow down on some chicken, send some emails, and then play City of Heroes until I can't think anymore

I think that Katara ran away. I love Avatar so much I can't even describe it. It's such a great show with such awesome characters.
