A week in France with her parents and sister before the wedding. Their last time as the Delacour family before Fleur took the Weasley name. It seemed like such a short length of time. Surely, it would just fly by in the blink of an eye. Now that she was there, though, it seemed like an eternity. Countless days stretching out in front of her. No end in sight.
What was worse was that she knew there were so many things going on back in England. Bill was still recovering and, even though he had insisted that she continue with her original plans, she still wanted to be with him.
Fleur clutched his latest letter to her chest. She had been waiting impatiently for the owl to arrive and had probably startled the poor bird out of its wits when she had ripped the envelope away from it.
Fleur had read his words countless times already, her fingers running over his penmanship as the script excited her. They made her feels things that no other writing had made her feel before. Electrified, yes. Aroused, yes.
Bill told her where he was and what he was doing in excruciating detail. How he was touching himself. How he was thinking of her as he touched himself. How he pictured her hair and her eyes and her neck - he'd always liked her neck, although she'd never known why.
The words were making her wet; she could feel it building between her thighs. Fleur knew that she'd never be able to look at Bill's handwriting again without thinking of this, even as she shut her bedroom door and made sure it was locked.
Time to write a reply.
