Another entry from me, I apologize.

Sitara seems to understand that she needs to lose some weight. I know very little, if anything, about weight loss, especially for pokemon.

Help?

Then perhaps you need to give Sitara a diet with less carbohydrates and fats! I would assume that needs to be the case. Would you consider feeding her healthier foods? Fresh berries instead of pastries would be more beneficial, I would think.

Give her exercises to increase her stamina! Setting up rings in the air in a course to fly through will give her some practice for her steering and agility, and it will also burn calories. I do similar exercises for my bird Pokemon many a time in the routes adjacent to Fortree. They certainly enjoy it.

To my fellow trainer of the birds, I wish you the best of luck!

It is my fault for indulging her. Fresh berries and those exercises sound good.

Thanks for the advice!

Oh, I really wish I could give you some good advice... I don't exactly have the best track record with this sort of thing.

My. I've never had trouble with the weight of my Pokémon, nor with myself! Of course, isn't that expected of me? ♥

I would assume that your Pidgey's weight will return to normal once you get her back on her regular schedule. It is important for them to fly. For her to understand is a step in the right direction.

*chuckles*

Oh, her weight was never normal, she was always pudgy but still managed to deliver goods for me. Winona gave me some good advice that I hope will help Sitara.

Ah, Winona. I suppose with her specialty in Flying-types, her advice is more sound than mine could ever be. Good luck!

Aha, Sitara preened when you said she was cute! She's a bashful little bird.

As Miss Winoa stated earlier, exercise and a healthy diet is the best combination. As her trainer, your active encouragement and support will also play a role in how your Pidgey progresses.

[A Pidgey of his own is sitting on his shoulder, Falkner holds up his arm and it hops forward on it.] Allow me to point out a few physical features on Pidgey. If you can see mine clearly, you can have a general idea of where to focus your attention while you train with Sitara.

[Falkner's Pidgey spreads both wings out proudly while his trainer points to its chest and feathers.] Note the proportions of the wingspan to the body. You can measure with your hand roughly between the size of the wings to the chest so you know when Sitara is in good form. [Falkner removes his pointing hand and the Pidgey tucks its wings back to its sides.] I hope that was somewhat helpful. Please contact me if you have any more questions, Meissa.
