Well, that's strange! I've never heard of prolonged situations of a Psyduck attacking a human--let alone its Trainer-- before. Very strange, but interesting, if you'll forgive me saying so. Since Psyducks don't often remember the use of their psychic powers, that could explain the repeated attacks, however... [He trails off thoughtfully.]
I can't tell you why it might be doing so to you, but in my study experience they usually only give each other headaches, as a sort of greeting or gesture of recognition or... something. We're not exactly sure why. Why your situation is different I don't know, but perhaps this information will help you out a bit?
