Hey there, guys. It's been a while.

For anybody who doesn't know, the reason I've been so absent is that on 31 July, I moved to Vicksburg, Mississippi to begin ten months of service with AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps). We work in teams of ten or so plus one team leader, and within the region we serve, work on service projects

oh yeah I was thinking about doing that in the Olympic Peninsula, doing like environmental restoration stuff and living in tents. buuuut I didn't because of the year-long contract thing.
