If nothing else, I think you should talk to manager!people and make them aware of what happened even if you don't feel the need to do anything about it right away. I think establishing that there is a precedent for this sort of thing is very important if it eventually escalates. If you're worried about it, also make it very clear to the manager!people that you don't necessarily want to take any action right away because it may have just been some sort of misunderstanding. I think keeping them aware of it will make it easier if he eventually does try to do something untoward, you know?

It sounds like he's confused and older... probably no harmful, but worth it to bring it up. And yeah, don't let him follow you home.
and BTW that lifeguard Jimmy(?) do you know him? cause he kinda has (apparently) a crush on me. Which is super awkward. I can fill you in later.
