I think I may be in a similar boat. I don't really know why at all, but I've been on the verge of just breaking down. I started to tear up at work, I thought it was unnoticable, but my boss asked me about it, I said "allergies" quickly (swift eh?), but it was just a lie. Talk to me if you need to.

Sometimes we just have days where we just can't take it anymore. I know I get like that sometimes when everything just pisses me off and I just want to sit in a corner slit my wrists and die but you know tomorrow is only a day away. :)
