Work has been hell lately, my boss is an absolute psycho and I've finally reached the point where you throw your hands up and say screw it. How she has been treating me is absolutely ridiculous, no one should be treated how I (and others) have been treated. You know, when I was having a really hard time at work, I told my boss that I was just going to have to leave and find something that was better suited for my personality. We sat down for like 3 hours and had a long talk, and everything got sorted out. He gained a lot of respect for me and now consults with me on almost every change we make.

Sometimes you just have to tell your boss the way it is and that's all you can do - they miss a lot of little stuff by constantly being forced to see only the big picture.
