New Car!

Just wanted to say that I put my old car to sleep and bought a brand spankin' new (old) car! It's an '05 white Chevy Cobalt 4dr sedan. Unfortunately no power features, such as locks or windows, but it does have electric steering. It's beutiful and rides SOOO smoothly. And now I have a CD player AND AC!!!! How great! :)

Overheating for lack of coolant and then once coolant was put in it leaked out b/c foudn out there was heat/water pump leakeage or something. Too much to fix. Plus I needed new tires and brakes for passing inspection. My car wasn't worth more than $400, but cost was over that amount so I juat gave up on it.

good choice! I actually like cobalts, we had one as a rental car when we went up north, pretty nice.

What did happen to your old blue car?

PS-Why don't I ever see you even though we live in the same city. Call me. : )

1. It neeeded coolant, but I didn't put enough in apparently.
2. Next few days light came on for more coolant needed. Driving to school and it was overheating.
3. Dad came and put plenty of coolant in, but on way home car smoking/making noises, pulled over and coolant all leaking out (before no leak).
4. Cost too much to fix. Also needed new tires and brakes. Gave up b/c not worth it.
5. Car searching, test driving, ficing Cobalt, buying Cobalt w/my car as trade in.

And you're right. I miss the Jon. I hope Jon misses the Heather too. We should meet up somewhere so you can check out my new ride :)
