Now you know why I was asking you guys in January if you'd had the chimney cleaned - I've seen two houses go up because they lit fires without cleaning their chimneys and it's scary.

I'm glad nobody was hurt and, hey, now you have a story!

Oh, I got your concern. Our land lord seemed so paranoid about fires, I'm pretty confident the chimney was clean when we moved in.
