Ying was a in a similar situation.
Her ex was really super sweet, and went out of his way to show that he'd changed before they got back together. But once they had officially declared themselves boyfriend and girlfriend again, he went back to the same ways he had before. He never calls when he says he will, flirts with other girls, blah blah all the usual jerk-y boy behavior.
She's kinda wishing she didn't get back together with him, but I think that part of her suspected this before they did make it official again.
So my whole point of this giant long comment, would be to go with how you feel about it. If you feel like he's changed, then go for it. I do believe that people can change, and he does already know that kind of mistakes that happened last time, so he's already clued in on stuff like that.
But do what would make Victoria happy.

woman, you don't need him, you're my gf...... I swear to gawd I will burn that dorm down if he does anything to you. If he's a trustworthy guy then go for it, I love it when you're happy. But just be cautious with it, don't be in a rush for feelings to over soar reality. You deserve the best and if I don't approve of the bastard then its onto tiffany's shit list he goes.

wow so you suck. let me just tell you that what happened between me and him happened and that you have no reason to be mad. youre not him...im sorry that you might be pissed because he didnt break up with me but hey, i guess love does conquer all. you are being really immature. i know that you might not care about all of this but hey, cant hurt to say it. get over yourself. hes not going anywhere because of what happened.
