In one of my many religious rants, I made some case as to the existance of other gods due to God saying that we should not believe in them. Case being that if they didn't exist then why would God make such a big deal about not believing in them

We actually discussed that in a Women's History class that I took... There's no reason to forbid something that doesn't exist.
