I'm so frustrated with myself. i have to do this for me. So tomorrow I have to start a strict diet and exercise regimen. I will do th elliptical 4-5 days/week for 30mins, my crunches will be done 6days/week, my lunges will be done 6days/week, and my pilates will be done 7days/week. GOOD. Let's do it together, okay? You might want to go easy with the lunges though--those can seriously bring the pain. No less than 1,000, though, okay? Max it out at 1,400 or so if you want to indulge.

Remember--use your clothes to gauge your progress, not the scale.

Ah yes! I"m happy I've got a buddy with me=). I'm not allowed a scaled anyway so clothes are all I have:P.
Woohoo. Alright at the end of everyday I'll post how much water I drank, the exercise, and what I ate.

Cool. ^_^ I'll do the same, starting tomorrow, because I didn't write anything down today and I've been sniffly/sneezy/sleepy. :(
