I'm so frustrated with myself. i have to do this for me. So tomorrow I have to start a strict diet and exercise regimen. I will do th elliptical 4-5 days/week for 30mins, my crunches will be done 6days/week, my lunges will be done 6days/week, and my pilates will be done 7days/week.
