1. Don't we all? I'm gonna really kick into gear when I get back from the US. I hate my appearance normally but truly disgusted right now.
2. Is there anything you can do to work around maybe? If going to bed earlier isn't working, can you nap when you get in from work for an hour or two? Then get up for the rest of the evening?
3. This. So much this. But you are probably your own worst enemy.
2. Hmm, maybe... when I have an early shift, this might work. Then I'm home around 6, and then I could maybe nap for an hour. But when I have a late shift, I'm usually not home before 7, so napping then might mean I go to bed even later.
I so get #2 and #3. I'm so bad at going to bed at a decent time. Sleeping through the morning? Aces. Actually sleeping at night? Terrible. And I definitely feel like I'm easily overlooked a lot. Not a fun feeling. :( But we love you here! ♥
