Alright, here are the first pictures of my trip to Oslo together with beelikej and bflyw. These were all taken Saturday.

The room I slept in. Fun thing... bflyw's cat can somehow get on the roof, and then comes in through that window. :')

Look at that pretty view and those cute houses.

At the busstop, on our way to Oslo.

Art in the water near the Opra House.

The Opra House.

Inside the Opra House.

You can walk on top of the Opra House. It's quite a climb!

Still on top of the Opra House. bflyw's pointing out things and telling us all about it. <3

Clock with zodiak signs near the Central Station.

We also visited the Vikingship Museum. Look at the pretty! This is the Oseberg Ship. It was built around 820 AD and used as a burial ship for a powerful woman and her maidservant.

Look at those carvings..

The Gokstad Ship. Built around 890 AD, and used as a burial ship for a chieftain around 900 AD.

The Tune Ship. First Viking ship to be discovered, and it is exhibited as it was found. It dates back to about 900 AD.

Wagen from the Oseberg grave. Look at all those pretty carvings.

Animal-head post from the Oseberg grave.

Next we visited the Kon-Tiki Museum. Thor Heyerdahl built and used this balsa raft with a crew of six men, to show that it would have been possible to reach the Pacific Islands from Peru.

We watched the movie made of this expedition in the morning before leaving for Oslo, and that def. added to the experience.

The little hut on the raft.

Back of the raft.
