So I finally booked myself onto a pole dancing course with morgan99. My first lesson last night was productive but painful. I can now (a) hold onto the pole, (b) do a very limited selection of twisty things round said pole, but mostly (c) fall on my arse and acquire a couple more bruises and pole burns. Did everyone's lap top or hard drive die yesterday? I've found three deceased machines on today's lj so far, and that's not including my own sick puppy. Fortunately I was able to revive my machine by letting it calm down overnight, disconnecting the battery and going for a hard reboot.
