Yellow Curry

Today I came closer than ever before in my ongoing quest to make the elusive, perfect yellow curry. By perfect I mean resembling the kind served at one of the local Thai restaurants here. Sure! It kind of changes every time. I posted one version not that long ago, should be tagged with 'curry,' but I'll go ahead and most my most recent attempt.
