OMG a skunk!

I just got back from taking our dog Sheba out for her morning walk and while on our way up Lonsdale she quickly turns around behind her. Out from the bushes and running back down the hill is a skunk, about 12 feet away from us. Talk about a close call. Too bad you didn't take a picture! It's been a long, long time since I've seen a wild skunk. I've smelled them, but haven't seen them...

I use to have a dog called Sheba! A german shepherd. (Well, I was about 2 years old but it still counts)

What kind of dog is it?

I seen a skunk a few weeks ago....it was rather, uh, flat and in the gutter.

Well my Sheba is a German Shepherd mix. We got her from the Burnaby SPCA about three years ago. Here's a picture of her. She's the bestest puppy ever :-)
