It makes you wonder what "growing up" means. Do grown ups lack any interest in life, give up on having fun? To heck with that. There isn't much point to living if a person is living to please a community's perception of what a "grown up" life should be like.

Perhaps "grown ups" love their life just like family values Republicans love theirs, and that's why they go out and meet fellow men in airport bathrooms or get caught with strippers.
