I would ask "now what?", but I'm kinda afraid what the answer might be.
Oh! I did flies and lateral raises for the first time in the weight room today. I've done them with 10 lb. freeweights, but I can't go much above that because my lower back won't let me throw around 30 lbs. of weight without penalty. So today I used the machines, at 20 lbs. each, AND OH MY HOLY GOD, I THINK MY ARMS ARE GOING TO FALL OFF.
