Two more of my wisdom teeth are coming in (the first came in about a year ago.) My gums have been tender for about two weeks now, and today I can actually feel a tiny tiny bit of exposed tooth on one of them. Thing is, I saw the x-rays a year or two ago, and the dentist said "yeah, they're not going to go anywhere." They were angled all weird.

I haven't watched the new Nikita yet, I"m still kind of in a "don't want to know" mode, but it's on the DVR and I will probably watch it this weekend. I like Maggie Q, but yeah... when you consider that the camera really does add ten pounds, you've got to wonder. Fiona on Burn Notice is the first skinny woman who actually looks like she could hold a rifle and not have it fly back in her face; she seems like she's made of rebar. Maggie doesn't have that quality, so I worry. Still, she gave good ass-kicking in Live Free or Die Hard, so I'm willing to go along with it

It's been a while since I've watched the movie. Hmm. But that actually does sound familiar, that she killed a cop. I think for the purposes of the TV series, she almost had to be an innocent, though, to make the story about the things that were done to her, and how she was constantly struggling to get revenge while keeping some shred of human decency intact.

Uhm, spoiler: they also have a Birkoff in this version. So, yeah. It's definitely a very different dynamic than the USA show, but there are some nods to that version as well. I liked it. After the first twenty minutes or so, anyway. I think the similarities between this version and the USA version might get distracting, though, so I'm trying to not think about it tooooo much.
