[Megumi had seen from the moment when Mitsuhide had awoken that he was bothered by something. It had occured to her that perhaps a dream had come to him, but when she asked about it, he had said that yes, he had dreamt, but it was nothing important.]
[Now, it is with an ache in her heart that she watches him sit by the window, knowing that something is plaguing him. She had seen his post on the network, and knows that he is burdened by something. Seeing the sea has been a solace for him before--she had met him there once, sometime after the Stewards' invasion, while he was healing. Things were weighing heavily upon him then as well, as they are now, and she heaves a little sigh.]
[Oh, Mitsuhide . . .]
[She moves to where he is, laying a gentle hand upon his shoulder.]
Anata . . . [Her voice is soft, comforting.] Will you be going to the beach today?
[He turns his head to gaze at her, and smiles softly.]
I would like to, yes.
[Mitsuhide had been running a comb through his hair, and now puts it down and binds the hair into a ponytail. He is dressed in clothes to keep him cool today.]
It's a nice day, why not appreciate it in the best place for doing so?
[He nods, remembering when Lord Sun Ce was still in the City and had dragged him out to the beach on a particularly scorching day. He hadn't been protected from the sun then and had suffered sunstroke!]
Yes, I will. I do not wish to get burnt at all.
[Mitsuhide stands up and rests a hand on his waist.]

Well, anata, be certain to wear something to protect yourself from the sun, ne? I don't want you to have a stinging sunburn . . .
[A soft smile.]
Mmm . . . today is a lovely day, isn't it?
[She, too, glances out the window, gazing at the azure sea shimmering under the summer sun.]
I would very much love to walk with you by the ocean, if that is alright with you . . .
[She gives him a gentle smile, wordlessly offering herself, her comfort, her company to him.]
