An interesting and not unpleasant curse, hmm? I still have the... hmm, 'lute?'

Anyway, yes, that one was even enjoyable. The language was quite beautiful.

bearable, lute, curse aftermath, beauty

And now, a fairytale spun into reality . . .

[Megumi approaches him, padding softly upon the floor before stepping comfortably into his embrace.]

And the song of my love has not ended with the song upon your lute, for my love for you is a song with no end . . . ♥ As I will love you always . . .

Mmm!

[She smiles softly.]

You've still the lute, beloved? I still have the gown that I donned . . . not quite what I'm used to, but it was lovely . . .

[He chuckles, and strokes her hair lightly.]

A real fairytale indeed, for what other fairytale could take place across space and time? We have defied a lot, Megumi, to find one another, yet here we are, continuing to write it.

[A lovely smile.]

There is no song as poignant and beautiful, love. Truly. ♥

[Raised eyebrow.]

I do, though I do not know if I can play it with such skill still. You, however, will look just as beautiful now in your dress as then!

[She leans into his touch, murmuring her contentment as he strokes her hair.]

And I will always write this tale with you, sing this song with you, for the rest of my life--the one brought to your side by the red thread of fate . . . the one who loves you!

[She smiles up at him softly, her eyes aglow with warmth.]

[A demure, but pleased blush rises gently to her cheeks when he speaks of her dress.]

You think so, love? It is not a kimono, but I had hoped that you would like it . . .

[A soft laugh.]

Ah, but with an ear for music like yours, and such dexterous and deft fingers, I am sure that you will master the lute once again in no time!

[Her eyes brighten as the thought of a wedding gift for him comes to mind. She smiles to herself, pleased with the idea, hoping that he will like it.]

[An appreciative smile.]

I do think so. You don't have to wear a kimono to lok beautiful, do you? It doesn't matter what you wear. The dress was exquisite, though, wasn't it?

[He laughs slightly at the brightening of her eyes.]

You compliment me, love. But what is it you are thinking of?

I would offer you joy together, but I am sure I do not need to do so. It will come on its own. Hmm!

Shakespeare’s plays are quite well written and seem to be the basis for yesterday’s curse.

…I don’t believe I would have minded having been affected.

Shakespeare? Oh? So the curse was based on such an art... I shall have to look into that. Thank you for telling me!

But... Miss Amanda?

There are worse things for curses to be based upon. You’re welcome.

Yes?
