I've been thinking a lot about The Hobbit lately (who hasn't, lol) and, funny enough, I just stumbled across some wonderful Hobbit artwork on DeviantArt, though I wasn't at all looking for it. That's a perfect one-word-description for that painting! :D Looking at it makes me want to read The Hobbit again, since there's no movie to watch yet. ;-)

I think I might reread it this year (or in 2011) too. I've been digging around in it for information for my WIP but that's not the same as sitting down and enjoying it. :)

I'm not entirely sure when I've last re-read The Hobbit - I've only been using the book for research purposes for quite a while, too. It will be fun to read it again and imagine what they'll make of certain scenes in the movie. ;-)

Pretty pretty pretty... I am *so* looking forward to this. I just hope they find a way to sneak our favourite Elf-prince into the movie. ;-)

It's really pretty, isn't it? :D I completely agree that having a certain elf-prince in there would make the movie perfect! Of course they need to have a really good Thranduil, too, or I'll have to send a patrol of insulted wood-elves after them. *g*
