Of Stories and Dragons

Jul 29, 2009 22:15

I have a a little bit of bad news (at least I hope you'll see it as bad news *g*). I can already tell that I won't be able to post chapter three of "Destiny" tomorrow, since dealing with real life stuff and writing on a new story have kept me too busy to have time to prepare the chapter for posting. It should be up at the weekend at the latest, ( Read more... )

Your herd is doing very well indeed. I've clicked the new eggs so hopefully you'll have another batch soon.

Great names by the way!

Yes, they are really doing well - at the rate they're growing up in, I'll soon be swamped with dragons! :D The first egg has already cracked, so I guess they're well on their way to becoming happy little hatchlings. ;-)

Thank you! Finding the right names was really work this time (those dragons were picky!), so I'm especially glad you like them. :)

I like how you're tying your dragon names to LOTR. Culúriën especially is a neat name for a dragon. As is Lairalasse.

Wish I had time to play with dragon eggs but I best stay away from that temptation or I'd get nothing done!

Naming them is really part of the reason while dragon rearing is so much fun to me. ;-) I thought Culúriën would be perfect for a dragon, too (and I'm learning lots of interesting details about Tolkien's world and characters while I choose the names) . Lairalasse I created myself, but I like it. :)

LOL, it is quite addictive, but you don't need much time for it. I was really worried that I wouldn't have enough time for playing this game, but lindahoyland convinced me that it is actually very simple and she was right. You just need to steal the eggs and place them somewhere where they get the clicks and views they need (there are special nurseries for that - posting them on LJ isn't necessary at all, but I like showing them off *g*). If you ever want to try it, I'll be happy to help (I'm sure Linda would be, too - she has lots of experience). :)

Thanks... if I ever decide to try it, I'll let you know. :)

You are getting a great collection.I love the sunsets. Your egg on the right is ill,so you need to hide it for 24 hours while it recovers.

Thank you, Linda! I'm trying my best. ;-) The sunsets really are beautiful - I very much hope I'll get a sunrise this time, then I would have one of both! I just saw while looking at my scroll that two of my eggs have fallen ill over night - I've just fogged them. I posted them on "Eggs will be Dragons" and I guess that was a bit too much for the poor eggs. ;-) Thank you so much for telling me! *hugs*

Oh, they are cute! I love the way Lairalasse seems to be playing with those leaves. *hugs*

Yes, it is bad news, but I can wait till the weekend. *grin*

Have clicked on the new eggs. The two tiny ones are already hatching. Yay! Can't wait to see how the hatchlings will look like.

I love the additions to your dragon family. I still think Alquamíre and Culúriën are twins. *grin* They all are absolutely beautiful. *bows down*

LOL, I'm glad you can wait a while longer. ;-)

There's already a lot of egg-pecking going on, isn't there? :D As always, I'm really looking forward to seeing my new hatchlings! *excited bouncing*

I think the new dragons are nice to look at, too! *cuddles them*

They seem to really like it in there. *taps foot* I still hope they will hatch today, though! ;-)
