I doubt the whole of the British army was concerned. Resistance movements work at night; at least they could have given you a gun and a place to hide.

You do value your life too much. There must be one thing you are willing to die for, or else you are not fit to exist.

No one has ever claimed I was fit to exist.

And I choice not to die for Italy. It was not my war, I cared nothing so long as it stayed far away from me. *not that it did...obviously.* Mortal wars are for mortals, not for our kind.
