Percy doesn’t wait for an answer, so he doesn’t give one. He just follows him into the club.

The club was like any other club in New York, except for rather glaring differences. The undead seemed to outnumber the living, and the smell of blood was understated but ever present as Percy turned and eyed the groups of people that flowed about. More than a few turned to eye him, more from the unhindered rumors about him than because he was a pretty boy. Angelo's humiliation was not light news...
And likely less welcoming for Percy than he could imagine.
"Damion," he growled impatiently, eyes searching over the heads of dancers and mulling cattle as he huffed a bit.

But if a break in the crowd happened to reveal Damion leaning languidly nearby up against his own bar? That was just coincidence.
So he caught sight of Percy at about the same time and curved his lips up into a welcoming smile. "Percy." His gaze shifted over Percy's shoulder to Arthur, "and friend."

'Hi,' chirped Arthur to the man. Not quite up to par with his usual enthusiasm when meeting a new person, but still pretty cheerful considering.
