I've spent the last hour watching it live on the BBC website. I got to see McCain's concession speech and Obama's first presidental speech. I almost cried because it just felt so powerful.

WOW.

This was monumental for me as not only did I witness history being made, but it will also further my own racial family. I hate that color does matter here, but this just brought my hopes up.
