Personally I'd start with the flannel in case it's just a general grubbiness, if that doesn't work then I'd go to Magic Eraser.

Apart from Rainbow there really isn't much available in Adelaide, most people buy stuff online because of the variety of stuff available that way. Leekeworld, Dollmore, Dollheart, etc.
