So, sylum_river_tam and I were discussing zombie dreams, and I was like, we should have a zombie comment fic thing. And she was like, it should run for 28 days! And thus, I am making this post, lol.

When Charlie insisted on returning to CalSci, Don thought he was crazy. He cited the curfew, the general lawlessness, the fucking zombies--but Charlie was adamant. Don would either help him or get the hell out of his way.
Don expected Charlie to head straight to the math and science building. Instead, he went to anthropology. Silence met Don's demands for explanations.
At least Charlie's actions finally started to make sense. He dove into a workshop, coming back with swords, sharp pikes, even a couple machetes.
Only then did Charlie answer Don's question. "You're going to run out of bullets."
