If I get tipped well I can make as much as or more than management. It all depends on how busy we are.

One delivery per hour is awful. Ten is amazing.

Yay, the next round's on you! ^_^ Definitely good going on the tips, though it always irks me that it seems common practice for US pizza delivery drivers to have to pay for their own fuel, when it's about as clearly a business expense as it gets. Here's hoping you can wave a not so teary farewell in their direction as you head off to greener pastures someday. ^_^

We do get a bit of compenasation. 90 cents per run.

It doesn't cover all fuel expenses but it's better than nothing. The store owner is notoriously stingy.
