It sounds like a troupe of AT-AT's are Riverdancing upstairs.

At a few points I was concerned that a child would come crashing through the ceiling.

I really, REALLY, want a house.

I go in for a shift tonight, but I'd almost put money on getting sent home again.

You have to talk to them about the noise. This is apparently disturbing and shouldn't be happening. One can understand that kids can be noisy but there are some limits. Consideration for others doesn't hurt. In the last resort maybe the landlord will be able to bring them back to order.
